摘  要:北安河项目在地铁车库上盖增加装配式住宅楼,预留劲性钢梁为住宅楼底板基座。因梁最大截面为1200 mm×1800 mm,最大集中线荷载远超20 km/m,属于超危大工程,支撑架体需采用盘扣架密搭才可确保安全。为节省支撑体系,且确保施工中的安全,本工程根据钢骨梁工字钢的特点,及拆改时可深化加工的情况,利用既有钢骨形成吊模体系,并形成下翼缘吊模实用新型专利,节省了大量的盘扣支撑体系,降低了工程的经济成本。In Beianhe Project,prefabricated residential buildings were built on the subway garage,and stiffened steel beams were reserved for the base of residential buildings.Because the maimum section of beam is 1200 mm×1800 mm,and the maximum concentrated line load is far more than 20 km/m as stipulated,it is a super dangerous project,and the support frame body needs to be tightly constructed with plate and tie frames to ensure safety.In order to save the support system and ensure absolute safety during construction,this project is based on the characteristics of steel beam and beam.And when the demolition can deepen the processing of the situation,the use of eisting steel bone to form a hanging die system,and the formation of lower flange hanging die utility model patent,for the project to save a lot of disk buckle support system,to solve the economic cost.
