摘  要:钢丝网骨架聚乙烯复合管(SRTP)及法兰连接件的性能直接影响到整个供水管道的使用效果。以洛宁抽水蓄能电站为例,对SRTP管道及其法兰连接件进行分析,通过比较电熔管件连接、卡箍连接和法兰连接SRTP管,发现法兰连接SRTP管的受力更稳定,连接效果更好;运用ABAQUS模拟软件建立SRTP管法兰连接结构模型,得出在轴向应力、预应力荷载作用下,SRTP法兰连接结构变形范围始终控制在0.02mm以内;模拟SRTP管法兰连接结构弯曲时各部位产生的应力及弯矩集中作用的部位;单独分析SRTP管法兰连接接头处各部位的位移和变形,得出SRTP管法兰连接结构的抗压刚度和抗弯刚度均满足施工要求。The performance of the steel wire mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe(SRTP)and the flange connector directly affects the use effect of the whole water supply pipe.Taking Luoning pumped storage station as an example,this paper draws the following conclusions by analyzing SRTP pipe and its flange connector.It can be concluded that the force of flanged SRTP pipe is more stable and the linking effect is better.The structural model of SRTP pipe flange connection is established by using Abaqus simulation software,and it is concluded that the deformation range of SRTP pipe flange connection is always controlled within 0.02 mm under axial stress and prestressed load.Simulate the stress generated in each part of SRTP pipe flange connection structure when bending,and the part of concentrated bending moment.By analyzing the displacement and deformation of each part of SRTP pipe flange connection joint separately,it can be concluded that the compressive stiffness and flexural stiffness of SRTP pipe flange connection structure meet the construction requirements.
