摘  要:自2019年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情以来,SARS-CoV-2病毒感染对全球公共卫生和人类健康造成了重大威胁,疫苗接种在抗击疫情中发挥了重要作用。目前,全球用于人类接种的新型冠状病毒疫苗主要有灭活疫苗、mRNA疫苗和腺病毒载体疫苗,其中灭活疫苗中加入了铝佐剂,以增强疫苗的免疫反应。文章主要介绍新型冠状病毒灭活疫苗的研究现状及疫苗应用的相关问题。Since the COVID-19 outbreak in 2019,SARS-CoV-2 virus infection has posed a major threat to global public health and human life.Vaccination has played an important role in combating the epidemic.At present,the worldwide human vaccines against novel coronavirus mainly include inactivated vaccine,mRNA vaccine and adenovirus vector vaccine.The aluminum adjuvant is added to enhance the immune response of inactivated vaccine.In the present review,the research status of novel coronavirus inactivated vaccine and the related problems of vaccine application were summarized.
