柴达木循环经济试验区乌兰工业园土地利用现状分析及优化路径研究

摘　　要：工业园区作为地区企业空间集聚的载体,其土地合理利用与否直接关系到地区经济发展的好坏。为全面了解柴达木循环经济实验区乌兰工业园土地利用现状,文章基于乌兰工业园区相关统计数据,在对乌兰工业园土地利用数据进行深入分析的基础上,归纳了乌兰工业园土地利用中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期促进乌兰工业园土地节约、集约利用。Industrial park is the carrier of regional enterprise spatial agglomeration,and the rational use of industrial park land is directly related to the regional economic development.In order to comprehensively understand the current situation of land use in Wulan Industrial Park of Qaidam Circular Economy Experimental Zone,this paper,based on the Statistics of Wulan Industrial Park,summarizes the problems existing in the land use of Wulan Industrial Park on the basis of in-depth analysis of the land use data of Wulan Industrial Park,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote land conservation and intensive use of Wulan Industrial Park.
