居家养老模式下老年住宅的适老性设计探析

摘　　要：随着我国快速步入老龄化社会,如何处理好老年人的养老问题,如何构建适宜老年人居住的环境是我国城市建设发展不得不面对的一个问题。本研究基于社会发展,立足于当下居家养老这一主流养老模式,分析总结出老年人心理、生理特征对老年住宅提出的需求,随后由宏观至微观,从规划、建筑、室内三个层面对老年住宅展开一系列分析,并提出适老性设计策略,以期对我国居家养老模式下的老年住宅适老性设计起到一些启示作用,从而能为老年人构建出更为优质的生活环境。With China’s rapid stepping into the aging society, how to deal with the problem of elderly care and how to build a suitable living environment for the elderly is a problem that China’s urban construction and development have to face. Based on the social development and mainstream home-based care mode, this paper analyzes and summarizes the demands for the elderly housing according to the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly, analyzes the elderly housing from macro to micro level and from the planning, building, to indoor, and then puts forward the aging design strategy, so as to provide some enlightenment for the design of elderly housing under the home-based care mode in China,thus building a better living environment for the elderly.
