可食地景理念下的景观应用分析——以黑龙江为例

摘　　要：通过改变城市和乡村的地区景观,可以将传统意义下的城市乡村田地通过设计构思的手段改造成为一种新型的园林景观类型,将本身不具有观赏特性的农田和菜园改造成美观并且美味的一种艺术形式。运用可食蔬菜造景赋予农田新的价值和新的生机,创造出不一样的观赏形式。本研究探讨黑龙江省蔬菜生产现状和运用蔬菜造景的条件和难点以及解决措施。在城市快速发展的背景下,用这种方式让本被忽略的菜地焕发新的生机,重现生态价值。可食地景的出现有利于缓解城市和乡村的绿化矛盾,为人们提供新的生活方式。By changing the regional landscape of urban and rural areas, the urban and rural fields in the traditional sense are transformed into a new type of garden landscape by means of design conception, which turns the farmland and vegetable gardens that do not have ornamental characteristics into a beautiful and delicious art form. The use of edible vegetable landscaping gives farmland new value and new vitality, and creates a different form of viewing.This paper discusses the current situation of vegetable production in Heilongjiang Province and the conditions and difficulties of using vegetable landscaping as well as its solutions. In the context of the rapid urban development, this method is used to rejuvenate the neglected vegetable fields and to restore the ecological value.The emergence of edible landscape is conducive to alleviating the contradiction between urban and rural greening and providing people with a new way of life.
