摘 要:地球同步轨道(GEO)卫星运行在太阳风等离子体环境中时,等离子体造成卫星不同结构(材料不同)表面电荷积累不一致而产生不等量充电效应.利用PIC(particleincell)方法模拟卫星在等离子体环境中的表面电势变化,旨在加深对卫星表面不等量充电物理过程的理解,探索卫星表面充电的PIC研究方法.通过构建卫星结构与太阳能电池板3DPIC模型,计算分析了太阳活动平静期的每块太阳能电池板的电势,探究了卫星不同部位与中心等势体以及太阳能电池板之间的电势差,并对比分析了太阳活动平静期和活跃期的电池板电势.结果表明:卫星不同结构在等离子体环境中的表面充电电位存在差异,不等量充电效应明显.太阳活动的活跃期卫星表面的充电电位和充电速度都远大于太阳活动平静期,这种在极短时间内的高电位充电很容易造成卫星器件损毁.同时证明了PIC方法用于卫星不等量充电方面研究的可行性.When the Geosynchronous orbit(GEO) Satellite runs in a sun-wind plasma environment, the plasma causes the satellite different structural(material different) surface charge accumulation inconsistencies to produce an unequal charging effect.This work builts a PIC model(particle-in-cell) to simulate the change in the surface potential of satellite in the plasma environment, which can deepen the understanding of the unequal charging, and explore the PIC method of the satellite surface charge.By building a satellite structure and solar panel 3 D-PIC model, we calculate the potential of each solar panel of the sun activity, and explore the potential difference between the different parts of the satellite and the potential difference between the solar panels.And we compare the battery board potential of the sun activity calm and active period.The results show that there is a difference in surface charging potentials in different structures in the plasma environment, and the unequal charging effect is obvious.The active speed in the sun activity is far greater than that in the calm period in the sun, which is easy to cause satellite device damaged to be by the high-potential charge in a very short period of time.The PIC method is proved to be feasible in researching satellite unequal charging.
