摘  要:现有旋挖钻机卷扬系统是由阀控液压马达驱动。作业过程中,该系统存在非常大的节流损失;而且工作装置下放过程中,大量重力势能经控制阀节流作用转化为热能耗散掉,造成整机能效较低。为此,提出一种卷扬装置电液混合驱动系统,电动机作为主驱动,控制工作装置运动,降低节流损失;液压泵/马达与蓄能器等组合,构成能量回收单元,回收利用重力势能,辅助电动机驱动卷扬装置。分析了液压卷扬、电动卷扬与电液混合驱动卷扬系统的工作原理和运行特性,建立了旋挖钻机机电液多学科联合仿真模型,对不同驱动系统的运行和能量特性进行研究。结果表明,电液混合驱动系统具有良好的运行特性,相较于液压、电动驱动的卷扬系统,可节能27%~66%。The existing rotary drilling rig winch system is driven by a valve-controlled hydraulic motor. During the operation, the system has a very large throttling loss, and in the process of lowering the working device, a large amount of gravitational potential energy is converted into heat energy by the control valve throttling effect, resulting in lower energy efficiency of the whole machine. To this end, a winch device electro-hydraulic hybrid drive system is proposed. The electric motor is used as the main drive to control the working device movement and reduce the throttling loss. The combination of hydraulic pump/motor and accumulator forms an energy recovery unit, which recovers and utilizes the gravitational potential energy to assist the electric motor to drive the winch device. In the research, the working principles and operating characteristics of the hydraulic winch, electric winch and electro-hydraulic hybrid drive winch system are analyzed, and the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic co-simulation model of the rotary drilling rig is established to study the different driving systems operation and energy characteristics. The results show that the electro-hydraulic hybrid drive system has good operating characteristics. Compared with the hydraulic and electric winch system, the energy saving can be 27%~66%.
