摘  要:液压传动在众多领域有着广泛的应用,是工科大学生的必修课程。典型液压阀与液压回路是液压传动课程的学习重点与难点。针对液压元件符号过于简化不能体现细节,液压元件结构图结构复杂多样、不够凝练和抽象的问题,对液压阻尼回路在液压传动课程教学中的应用进行了探讨。给出了典型液压阀、典型调速回路、LS系统、LUDV系统的阻尼回路原理图;通过阻尼回路可以更方便理解不同液压元件、液压回路的工作原理。提高了液压传动课程的教学效果及学习效率。Hydraulic transmission is widely used in many fields and is a compulsory course for engineering college students. Typical hydraulic valves and hydraulic circuits are the key and difficult points in the course of hydraulic transmission. In view of the problems that the symbols of hydraulic components are too simplified and can’t reflect the details, and the structure diagram of hydraulic components is complex and diverse, not concise and abstract enough, this paper discusses the application of hydraulic damping circuit in the teaching of hydraulic transmission course. The damping circuit schematic diagrams of typical hydraulic valve, typical speed regulating circuit, LS system and LUDV system are given. Through the damping circuit, it is more convenient to understand the working principles of different hydraulic components and hydraulic circuits, which can improve the teaching effect and learning efficiency of hydraulic transmission course.
