摘 要:矿用自卸车具有载重量大、能够在恶劣路况行驶的特点,油气悬架因其刚度和阻尼的非线性特性能较好适应外载荷激励变化,在大型工程车辆中得到广泛应用。为解决单气室油气悬架在车辆重载时刚度过高的问题,设计了一种新型两级压力式油气悬架,并以某型矿用自卸车1/4油气悬架为研究对象,通过仿真和实验对比分析了单气室油气悬架与两级压力式油气悬架在通过路面障碍物时的系统输出特性。结果表明:通过高度120 mm的路面障碍时,与单气室油气悬架相比,两级压力式油气悬架的油缸峰值压力降低了12.54%;活塞压缩行程的最大位移增加了37 mm,这将更有利于保持车身姿态,提高防侧倾能力;车辆振动的加速度峰值降低了26.10%,功率谱密度峰值降低了27.52%,车辆行驶平顺性得到明显改善。Mining dump trucks have the characteristics of large load capacity and harsh driving conditions. Hydro-pneumatic suspensions are widely used in large-scale engineering vehicles because of their nonlinear characteristics of stiffness and damping, which can better adapt to the changes of external load excitation. In order to solve the problem that the stiffness of single chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension is too high when the vehicle is heavy loaded, a new type of two-stage pressure hydro-pneumatic suspension is designed. Taking the 1/4 hydro-pneumatic suspension of a mining dump truck as the research object, the system output characteristics of single chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension and two-stage pressure hydro-pneumatic suspension when passing road obstacles were compared and analyzed through simulation and experiment. The results show that when passing road obstacles with a height of 120 mm, compared with single chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension, the peak cylinder pressure of two-stage pressure hydro-pneumatic suspension is reduced by 12.54%, and the maximum displacement of the piston compression stroke is increased by 37 mm, which will be more conducive to maintaining the vehicle posture and improving the anti-roll ability. The peak acceleration of vibration is reduced by 26.10%, the peak of power spectral density is reduced by 27.52%, and the truck ride comfort is significantly improved.
