摘 要:电静液作动器是当下十分热门的液压技术,与传统液压系统相比,在集成度、效率、功率密度方面具有明显优势。电动泵是EHA技术的关键,二维活塞泵的结构紧凑简单,摩擦副可靠性高,能够适应EHA的工况。空间凸轮是二维活塞泵最重要的零件,其建模和加工误差会影响泵的性能。为了获得更高精度的凸轮,通过三维空间的包络法,计算出滚子与凸轮的接触位置,结果说明接触线为一条空间曲线;建立了空间凸轮廓面的数学模型;通过先拟合再求解的数值方法,得到了凸轮廓面三角形网格上的平均曲率;用加工中心加工了凸轮,装配后与滚子的贴合度较好,机械效率较高。The electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA) is a very hot hydraulic technology. Compared with traditional hydraulic systems, it has obvious advantages in integration, efficiency, and power density. The electric pump is the key to EHA technology. The two-dimensional piston pump has a compact and simple structure, and has high reliability of friction pairs, which can adapt to the working conditions of EHA. The spatial cam is the most important part of a two-dimensional piston pump, and its modeling and machining errors will affect the performance of the pump. In order to obtain a higher accuracy cam, through the three-dimensional envelope method, the contact position between the roller and the cam is calculated, and the result shows that the contact line is a curve. Established a mathematical model of the spatial cam profile surface. Through the numerical method of first fitting and then solving, the average curvature on the triangular mesh of the convex profile surface is obtained. The cam is machined by a CNC, and the fit with the roller is better after assembly, and the mechanical efficiency is higher.
