摘　　要：《白象似的群山》是美国现代著名作家海明威重要的短篇小说,多年来一直受到很多读者的喜爱,海明威的“冰山原则”更是让不计其数的读者及后世作家为之倾倒。文章以《白象似的群山》为例,从小说独特的叙事视角、高超的省略技巧、新奇的象征手法着手,对海明威的“冰山原则”写作风格进行阐释,揭示出二十世纪最有才华的“天才小说家”海明威的创作艺术风格给现实人生的启迪。Hills Like White Elephants is an important short story of the famous modern American writer Hemingway.It has been loved by many readers for many years.Hemingway’s“Iceberg Principle”has made countless readers and later writers fall for it.Taking Hills Like White Elephants as an example,this paper in-terprets Hemingway’s“Iceberg Principle”writing style from the unique narrative perspective,superb ellipsis skills and the symbolic techniques,and reveals the enlightenment to real life inspired by the creative artistic style of Hemingway,the most talented“novelist genius”of the 20th century.
