摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲法筛选、优化条目,为制定《2型糖尿病阴虚证中医辨证判定量表》提供依据。方法基于文献研究和德尔菲法,通过2轮专家问卷咨询,对回收的专家问卷的咨询结果进行统计分析,并结合3轮专家论证会和既往临床经验对各条目进一步完善,对《2型糖尿病阴虚证中医辨证判定量表》进行条目筛选。结果共选取了25名国内著名的中医药防治内分泌代谢病领域专家,专家权威度得分为18.3分,首轮和第二轮专家问卷的回收率分别达到84.00%、76.00%。其中,第二轮专家问卷的整体协调系数为0.377,根据各条目的变异系数和均值,结合既往临床实践,对条目进行适当删改,最终将8大类14个条目纳入《2型糖尿病阴虚证中医辨证判定量表》。结论应用德尔菲法对《2型糖尿病阴虚证中医辨证判定量表》进行条目筛选,筛选出的条目代表了2型糖尿病中医证候研究领域内大多数专家的观点,权威程度高,协调性较好,但仍需后续专家论证以对条目进行完善。Objective To screen and optimize items based on Delphi method,and to provide basis for the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation scale of yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes.Methods Based on literature research and Delphi method,the consultation results of expert questionnaire were statistically analyzed,and the items were further improved in combination with expert demonstration meeting and previous clinical experience,and the items of“TCM syndrome differentiation judgment scale for yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes”were screened.Results A total of 25 famous experts in the field of TCM in the prevention and treatment of endocrine and metabolic diseases were selected.The score of expert authority was 18.3.The recovery rates of the first round and the second round of expert questionnaires were 84.00%and 76.00%respectively.Between them,the overall coordination coefficient of the second round of expert questionnaire was 0.377.According to the coefficient of variation and mean value of each item,combined with previous clinical practice,the items were appropriately deleted and modified.Finally,14 items of 8 categories were included in the“TCM syndrome differentiation judgment scale for yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes”.Conclusion Delphi method was used to screen the items of“TCM syndrome differentiation judgment scale for yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes”,and the selected items represent the views of most experts in the field of TCM syndrome research of type 2 diabetes,with high authority and good coordination,but the follow-up expert argumentation is still needed to improve the items.
