摘　　要：本研究旨在分析脂肪瓶增重法和滤纸包减重法对饲料粗脂肪测定结果的影响。试验选用育肥猪浓缩料、乳猪膨化颗粒料、母猪浓缩料、肉羊浓缩料、青年鸡育肥料、玉米皮、油渣、豆粕、玉米、棉籽粕、麸皮11种饲料样品,通过配对试验,同时采用脂肪瓶增重法(乙醚浸提结束后脂肪瓶的增重量)和滤纸包减重法(乙醚浸提结束后滤纸包的减重量)测定各饲料样品的粗脂肪含量。结果表明:5种饲料的粗脂肪值均为滤纸包减重法显著或极显著高于脂肪瓶增重法(P<0.05或P<0.01)。This study aimed to study whether the fat bottle weight gain method and the filter paper weight loss method had an impact on the determination of crude fat in feed.Eleven kinds of feed samples including concentrated feed for fattening pigs,expanded pellet feed for suckling pigs,concentrated feed for sows,concentrated feed for mutton sheep,fattening feed for young chickens,corn bran,oil residue,soybean meal,corn,cottonseed meal and bran were selected in the experiment,Through paired trials,the crude fat content of feed samples was determined at the same time by fat bottle weight gain method(weight gain of fat bottle after ether extraction)and filter paper weight loss method(weight loss of filter paper after ether extraction).The results showed that the crude fat values of the five kinds of feed used the filter paper weight loss method were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those of the fat bottle weight gain method(P<0.05or P<0.01).
