摘　　要：奶牛业是保障人民群众“菜篮子”的重要产业之一,是保证城乡居民牛奶供应的重要基础,与人民生活息息相关。本文综述了天水市奶牛产发展现状,分析了奶牛业发展中存在的草畜分布区域不平衡、饲养管理水平低、加工企业加工带动能力弱等问题及政策导向利好、潜在消费市场大、有加工企业可带动等发展的有利条件,提出了切实可行的对策建议,以期为推动天水市奶牛业健康有序发展提供参考。The dairy industry is one of the important industries to ensure the "vegetable basket" of the people, an important basis for ensuring the milk supply for urban and rural residents, and is closely related to people’s lives. This paper summarizes the development status of dairy cattle production in Tianshui City, and analyzes the problems existing in the development, such as the uneven distribution of grass and livestock, the low level of feeding and management, and the weak processing ability of processing enterprises. Combined with favorable policy orientation, a large potential consumer market, and the development of processing enterprises, this paper puts forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions. This is expected to provide a reference for promoting the healthy and orderly development of the dairy industry in Tianshui City.
