天水市畜产品加工业发展的思考与建议

摘　　要：畜产品加工是人类对畜牧业初级产品进行人工处理的过程,通过畜产品精深加工可以显著提高经济效益、改善人民生活水平和促进一、二、三产业的融合发展。本研究通过全面调研天水市畜产品加工行业发展现状,深入分析行业发展面临的问题,结合畜产品加工业“十四五”规划和加工企业发展目标,提出本市畜产品加工业的发展思路和对策建议,以期为转变全市畜产品加工业“少小散粗”的发展现状,提升全市畜产品精深加工能力,实现“十四五”发展目标奠定基础。Animal product processing is a process in which humans manually process primary products of animal husbandry. It can significantly improve economic benefits, improve people’s living standards and promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries through intensive processing of livestock products. In this study, through a comprehensive investigation of the development status of the animal products processing industry in our city, the problems faced by the industry development were analyzed in depth. Combined with the “14 th Five-Year” plan of the animal product processing industry in our city and the development goals of processing enterprises, this study puts forward the development ideas and countermeasures of the animal product processing industry in this city, with a view to transforming the city’s animal product processing industry from “small and scattered”. Development status, improve the city’s animal products intensive processing capacity, and lay the foundation for the realization of the “14 th Five-Year Plan” development goals.
