摘 要:随着人工授精在我国生猪产业中的广泛应用,精液保存作为人工授精中的核心环节,越来越受到人们重视。精液在体外保存易受到氧化应激而降低精子质量,因此需要在精液稀释剂中加入一定的抗氧化物质以改善精液品质。研究发现,维生素类物质因其较强的抗氧化性,可以有效提高精液的抗氧化水平。本文就维生素B、C和E等物质在精液保存中的应用进行综述,旨在为猪精液常温保存稀释剂的改进研发和人工授精技术的发展应用提供科学参考。With the wide application of artificial insemination in my country’s pig industry, semen preservation, as the core link in artificial insemination, has attracted more and more attention. Semen stored in vitro is susceptible to oxidative stress and reduces sperm quality, so it is necessary to add certain antioxidants to semen thinners to improve semen quality. Studies have found that vitamins can effectively improve the antioxidant level of semen because of their strong antioxidant properties. This article reviews the application of vitamins B, C and E in semen preservation, aiming to provide a scientific reference for the improvement and development of porcine semen preservation diluents at room temperature and the development and application of artificial insemination technology.
