摘  要:党参的绿色养护是中药材产业重要而紧迫的课题,超声清洗能清除寄生虫及其卵和各种病害微生物的潜在危害。天然抑菌防腐性高分子甘露聚糖和壳聚糖等在食品保藏和果蔬保鲜中应用广泛。将其应用于党参药材科学贮藏养护中可进一步防霉防蛀。选定了超声-天然抑菌防腐性高分子联用养护党参中评价养护效果的待检药效成分及其测定方法,HPLC法测定党参炔苷和苍术内酯III的含量,UV-Vis法测定党参多糖含量,各待检成分代表性强,测定方法科学、应用广泛而经典。超声-天然抑菌防腐性高分子联用科学养护党参绿色安全,具有广阔的研究和应用前景。The green maintenance of codonopsis is an important and urgent topic in the Chinese herbal medicine industry. Ultrasonic cleaning can remove the potential harm of parasites and their eggs and various diseased microorganisms. Natural antibacterial and antiseptic polymers such as mannan and chitosan are widely used in food preservation and preservation of fruits and vegetables. Applying it to the scientific storage and conservation of codonopsis can further prevent mildew and moth. The medicinal components to be tested and their determination methods for evaluating the curative effect of maintaining of codonopsis pilosula were selected in the ultrasonic-natural antibacterial and anticorrosive polymer combined using. The contents of lobetyolin and biatractylolide Ⅲ was determined by HPLC method, and the content of codonopsis lanceolata was determined by UV-Vis method. The content of codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide is representative of the components to be tested, and the determination method is scientific, widely used and classic. Ultrasound-natural antibacterial and antiseptic polymer combined with green maintenance of codonopsis is green and safe, and has broad research and application prospects.
