摘 要:为了解甘肃省定西市羔羊腹泻疾病发生和流行情况,科学规范指导腹泻病防治工作,2017-2018年对定西市7个县(区)采用基本情况调查、实验室抽样检测等方法进行了羔羊腹泻病流行病学调查,共填写调查问卷3640份,采集腹泻羊肛门棉拭子样本1500份、粪便样本700份、血清700份,运用血清学和病原学方法分别对霉菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、魏氏梭菌、链球菌、轮状病毒、蠕虫、梨形虫和隐孢子虫进行了检测。结果显示:腹泻羔羊样本中致病性大肠杆菌检出率最高,其次是隐孢子虫和轮状病毒。结果表明,羔羊腹泻不是单纯的细菌性疾病,而是病毒、寄生虫、细菌混合感染引起的疾病,并提出了综合防控措施。In order to understand the occurrence and prevalence of diarrheal diseases in lambs in Dingxi City,Gansu Province,and to guide the next stage of diarrheal disease prevention and control in a scientific and standardized manner,from 2017 to 2018,we conducted basic surveys and laboratory sampling tests in 7counties(districts)in Dingxi City.An epidemiological survey of diarrheal disease in lambs was conducted.A total of 3,640questionnaires were filled out in this survey,and 1,500anal swab samples,700stool samples,and 700serum samples were collected from sheep with diarrhea.Mold,Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Clostridium welchiii,Streptococcus,Rotavirus,Helminth,Piriformis and Cryptosporidium were detected by serological and etiological methods,respectively.The results showed that pathogenic Escherichia coli had the highest detection rate in lamb samples with diarrhea,followed by Cryptosporidium and rotavirus.The results showed that lamb diarrhea was not a simple bacterial disease,but a disease caused by mixed infection of viruses,parasites and bacteria,and comprehensive prevention and control measures were proposed.
