一例博美犬肾上腺皮质机能亢进症的诊治分析

摘　　要：2021年2月接诊1例6岁雌性未绝育博美犬,诊前体重2.34kg。患病犬烦渴喜饮多尿,食欲尚可,主诉犬被剃毛后半年未有生长迹象,脱毛,精神欠佳。为准确诊治犬患疾病,通过临床检查、B超检查、血液学检查、生化检查和低剂量地塞米松抑制试验等系列检查,综合分析可能为肾上腺皮质机能亢进。根据诊断结果应用曲洛司坦口服给药对症治疗,3个月后病情得到有效控制,说明诊断准确,通过对病犬的诊治分析,以期为宠物执业人员对该类疾病的诊治有所帮助。In February 2021,a 6-year-old female unneutered Pomeranian was admitted,weighing 2.34kg before the consultation.The sick dog has polydipsia,likes to drink and urinate,has a good appetite,has no signs of growth for half a year after being shaved,loses hair,and is not in good spirits.In order to diagnose and treat the disease in dogs,we pass a series of examinations such as clinical examination,B-ultrasound examination,hematological examination,biochemical examination and lowdose dexamethasone suppression test,and the comprehensive analysis may be hyperadrenal cortex.According to the diagnosis results,Trilostam was administered orally for symptomatic treatment,and the condition was effectively controlled after 3 months.This shows that the diagnosis is accurate.Through the analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of sick dogs,we hope to help pet practitioners in the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.
