摘  要:随着影像学技术在小动物医学上被广泛应用和推广,野生动物影像学检查在国内圈养单位逐步开展。但临床上野生动物存在不易保定、参考资料少等难题,影像学检查操作难度较大,尤其是大动物或者凶猛动物,涉及麻醉、保定、苏醒护理等,程序相对复杂。为了更好地服务于野生动物健康体检及疾病诊疗工作,北京动物园自上世纪80年代起,逐步开展野生动物影像学检查。本文报告4例动物B超及X射线影像检查数据,总结影像学技术在野生动物上的应用及技术难题,以期为圈养野生动物疾病诊治及研究提供参考。With the wide application and promotion of imaging technology in small animal medicine,wild animal imageological diagnosis has been gradually developed in captive units.However,there are great difficulties to exact imaging examination operation in wild animals in clinical work,such as the difficulty of animal restraint,few references,etc.Especially for large or ferocious animals,which involves the anesthesia,fixation and?recovery nursing and so on,have relatively complex imaging procedure.In order to better serve the wildlife health examination and disease diagnosis and treatment work,Beijing Zoo has gradually carried out imaging examinations since the 1980s.We reported B ultrasound and X-ray imaging data of 4cases,and summarized the application and technical problems of imaging technology in wild animals,for providing reference for the diagnosis,treatment and research of captive wild animal diseases.
