摘 要:目的探讨孕期心理干预对孕妇焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法选取100例孕妇,按照电脑随机表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。观察组采用孕期心理干预,对照组采用常规心理干预。比较两组孕妇心理状态、妊娠结局。结果两组孕早期焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组孕中期、孕晚期SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组分娩方式、胎膜早破率、早产率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组极低出生体质量儿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在发生胎膜早破孕妇中,孕中期、孕晚期SAS、SDS评分均高于未发生的孕妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早产孕妇中孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期SAS、SDS评分均高于未早产孕妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在发生极低出生体质量儿的孕妇中,孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期SAS、SDS评分均高于未发生的孕妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道分娩孕妇孕中期、孕晚期SAS、SDS评分均低于剖宫产孕妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对孕妇实施孕期心理干预有助于缓解焦虑、抑郁不良情绪,利于改善妊娠结局。Objective Effect of psychological intervention during pregnancy on anxiety and depression of pregnant women.Methods 100 pregnant women were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to computer random table method,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given pregnancy psychological intervention,while the control group was given routine psychological intervention.The psychological state and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and sel&rating Depression Scale(SDS)in early pregnancy between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group in the second and third trimester were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in delivery mode,premature rupture rate and preterm birth rate between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of very low birth weight infants between the two groups(P>0.05),In pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes,SAS and SDS scores in the second and third trimester were higher than those in pregnant women without premature rupture of membranes,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of preterm pregnant women in the first,second and third trimester were higher than those of non-pretenn pregnant women,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the first,second and third trimester of pregnant women with very low birth weight were higher than those in the non-pregnant women,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of pregnant women in the second and third trimester of vaginal delivery were lower than those of pregnant women in cesarean section,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention for pregnant women during pregnancy is h
