门诊宫腔镜检查对患者心理弹性的影响因素及针对性护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨门诊宫腔镜检查患者心理弹性的相关影响因素及针对性护理效果。方法选择80例行宫腔镜检查患者,所有患者开展心理弹性调查问卷(CD-RISC)、简单应对方式问卷(SCSQ)及领悟社会支持量表(PSSS),分析其心理弹性的相关影响因素,并根据相关因素制定针对性护理方案,比较护理前后患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及护理满意度。结果年龄>50岁患者心理弹性、积极应对、消极应对及社会支持评分低于<30岁、30-50岁年龄阶段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初中学历患者心理弹性、积极应对、消极应对及社会支持评分均低于高中、大学及以上患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。居住乡村患者心理弹性、积极应对、消极应对和社会支持评分均低于居住城镇患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后患者护理满意度90.0%高于护理前70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊宫腔镜检查中,明确影响心理弹性的相关因素,并展开针对性护理措施,可改善患者负面情绪,提高护理满意度,促使其从中受益,值得深入探讨和研究。Objective To explore the related influencing factors and targeted nursing effects of psychological resilience in outpatients undergoing hysteroscopy.Methods 80 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were selected,and all patients were investigated with the Resilience Questionnaire(CD-RISC),Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).The related influencing factors of resilience were analyzed,and the targeted nursing plan was fonnulated according to the related factors.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating Depression scale(SDS)and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after nursing.Results The scores of resilience,positive coping,negative coping and social support of patients aged>50 years were lower than those of patients aged<30 years and 30-50 years,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of resilience,positive coping,negative coping and social support of patients with junior middle school education were lower than those of patients with senior high school,college or above,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of resilience,positive coping,negative coping and social support of patients living in rural areas were lower than those in urban areas,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients after nursing was 90.0% higher than that before nursing 70.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of outpatient hysteroscopy examination,because the patients individual differences,its resilience is also obvious different,so the positive definite the related factors influencing the psychological elastic condition,and a corresponding nursing measures,can improve the patient's negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction,prompting them to benefit from it,is worthy of in-depth discussion and research.
