产前产后护理对初产妇母乳分泌时间与母乳喂养率的影响

摘　　要：目的研讨在初产妇临床护理中应用产前产后护理模式对母乳分泌时间、母乳喂养率的影响。方法选取70例初产妇,按照护理方式不同将其分为对照组(33例,常规护理)与观察组(37例,产前产后护理)。比较两组母乳分泌时间、母乳喂养率。结果观察组产妇第一、第二、第三产程时间均短于对照组,产后2 h出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇母乳分泌时间短于对照组,不同时段泌乳量多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后母乳喂养率高达97.3%,高于对照组的78.8%,且初产妇护理满意度各指标分值明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理模式相比,在初产妇应用产前产后护理模式更具优势,可缩短母乳分泌时间的同时提高初产妇母乳喂养率。Objective To study the effect of applying prenatal and postnatal nursing mode in the clinical nursing of primipara on breast milk secretion time and breastfeeding rate.Methods 70 primiparas were selected and divided into control group(33 cases,routine care)and observation group(37 cases,prenatal and postpartum care)according to different nursing methods.The breast milk secretion time and breast feeding rate were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of postpartum blood loss 2 h was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The milk secretion time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the milk production in different periods was more than that of the control group,and the difTerences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postpartum breastfeeding rate in the observation group was as high as 97.3%,which was higher than 78.8% in the control group,and the scores of primiparas'nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing mode,the application of the prenatal and postnatal nursing mode in the clinical nursing of primipara has more advantages,which can shorten the breast milk secretion time and improve the breastfeeding rate of primipara.
