摘　　要：目的:了解老年人的生命质量和社会支持情况,探究社会支持对老年人生命质量的影响,为提高老年人的生命质量水平和健康期望寿命提供参考。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样法,选取潍坊市老年人作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、36条目简明健康量表和社会支持评定量表评估老年人的生命质量及社会支持情况。结果:共调查702位老年人,生命质量均值为(485.58±142.78)分,社会支持均值为(35.31±6.95)分,不同居住地区、年收入和养老模式的老年人生命质量得分存在差异,不同年龄、婚姻状况、居住地区和养老模式的老年人社会支持得分存在差异,logistic回归分析显示社会支持情况会影响老年人的生命质量,其中支持利用度是老年人生命质量的影响因素。结论:老年人的生命质量与社会支持情况有关,应关注老年人的社会支持情况,通过提高老年人的社会支持水平从而提高其生命质量水平。Objective:To understand the quality of life and social support of the elderly,to explore the impact of social support on the quality of life of the elderly,so as to provide references for improving the quality of life and healthy life expectancy of the elderly.Methods:Multistage stratified random sampling was used to collect information about the elderly in Weifang.This study used a questionnaire about demographic characteristics,SF-36 health survey questionnaire and social support rating scale to evaluate the quality of life and social support of the elderly.Results:A total of 702 older adults were included in this study.The average score of quality of life of the elderly was(485.58±142.78)and support score was(35.31±6.95).The score of quality of life was different in residence,annual income and elderly care mode.The score of the social support of the elderly was different in different age,marital status,residence and old-aged support.The logistic regression model result showed that social support would affect the quality of life,and support utilization was the influencing factor of the quality of life.Conclusion:There’s a connection between social support and quality of life.We should focus on the social support of the elderly and try to improve the level of the social support to get the promotion of quality of life.
