信息充分性对杭州市患儿家长互联网医疗平台接受度的影响及控制感的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨信息充分性对杭州市患儿家长互联网医疗平台接受度的影响,分析患儿家长控制感在信息充分性和互联网医疗平台接受度间的调节作用,为改善互联网医疗平台提供科学依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院对有过互联网医疗平台使用经历的患儿家长进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:共得到204份有效问卷。信息充分性主效应显著(β=0.18,P<0.05),信息充分性对患儿家长的互联网医疗平台接受度有显著的正向预测作用;控制感主效应显著(β=0.74,P<0.01),患儿家长控制感对其互联网医疗平台接受度有显著的正向预测作用;交互项显著(β=-0.23,P<0.01),患儿家长控制感在信息充分性和互联网医疗平台接受度间具有显著的调节作用。结论:患儿家长对于互联网医疗平台的接受度处于可接受的低临界范围。与患儿家长控制感处于高水平时相比,当患儿家长控制感处于低水平时,信息充分性对其互联网医疗平台接受度的影响程度更大。应加强互联网医疗平台的信息建设,同时有针对性地开展患儿家长控制感筛查,对于控制感低的群体进行针对性干预,进而提高互联网医疗平台的接受度。Objective:To explore the influence of information adequacy on the acceptance of the Internet medical platform among parents of child patients in Hangzhou and analyze the moderating effect of perceived control of parents of child patients between the information adequacy and the acceptance of the Internet medical platform,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the Internet medical platform.Methods:Cluster sampling was used to investigate parents of children who had experience using Internet medical platforms in the Children’s Hospital of School of Medicine of Zhejiang University,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 204 valid questionnaires were obtained.The main effect of information adequacy was significant(β=0.18,P<0.05).Information adequacy had a significant positive predictive effect on the acceptance of parents of child patients with Internet medical platforms.The main effect of the perceived control was significant(β=0.74,P<0.01).The perceived control of the parents of child patients had a significant positive predictive effect on the acceptance of the Internet medical platform.The interaction item was significant(β=-0.23,P<0.01).The perceived control of the parents of child patients had a significant moderating effect between the information adequacy and the acceptance of the Internet medical platform.Conclusion:The acceptance of the Internet medical platform of the parents of child patients is in an acceptable low critical range.Compared with the high perceived control level of the parents of child patients,when the perceived control of the parents of child patients is at a low level,the information adequacy has a more significant impact on the acceptance of the Internet medical platform.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the information construction of the Internet medical platform,carry out targeted screening of the perceived control of the parents of child patients,and carry out targeted interventions for groups with low perceived control,thereby increasing th
