摘　　要：目的:分析江苏省某公立医院新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间37个科室的病床工作效率,对床位设置合理性进行评价,为医院病床管理工作提供决策依据。方法:根据江苏省某公立医院存储于医院信息系统中的各科室出院病案数据,统计7个病床工作指标数据,利用TOPSIS法对其进行处理与综合分析。结果:科室间病床工作效率差异较大,产科病床工作效率最高,其C值为0.755,神经内科次之;全科医学科病床工作效率最低,C值为0.048,其病床工作效率有较大改善空间。结论:案例医院在特殊时期的病床工作效率整体符合预期,应用TOPSIS法可监测病床利用情况,医院针对科室间病床工作效率差异应有动态调整策略,缓解科室间患者等待病床与病床等待患者之间的矛盾,实现全院床位资源共享。Objective:To analyze the bed efficiency within 37 departments in a public hospital in Jiangsu province during the COVID-19 epidemic and evaluate the rationality of bed setting,so as to provide decision-making basis for hospital beds management.Methods:According to the discharged medical record data of each department stored in hospital information system of a public hospital in Jiangsu province,7 working indicators of beds were counted,processed and comprehensively analyzed by TOPSIS method.Results:There was a great difference in the efficiency of beds among departments.The efficiency of beds in obstetrics department was the highest,with C=0.755,followed by neurology department.Beds in general practice department had the lowest work efficiency,with C=0.048,and there was much room for improvement in bed efficiency.Conclusion:The bed efficiency of the case hospital in the special period was in line with the expectation as a whole.Using TOPSIS method can monitor the utilization of beds,and hospitals should have dynamic adjustment strategies according to the differences in bed efficiency among departments in order to alleviate the contradiction between patients waiting for beds and beds waiting for patients and help realize the sharing of bed resources.
