摘　　要：目的分析单手送管法配合关节部位固定在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间发热门诊小儿四肢静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年4-6月新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间广东省中医院芳村医院发热门诊收治的80例患儿的临床资料,分为两组,各40例。对照组采用双手送管法进行四肢静脉穿刺,观察组采用单手送管法配合关节部位固定进行四肢静脉穿刺,比较两组一次静脉穿刺成功率、一次静脉穿刺成功操作时间及家属满意度。结果观察组一次静脉穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一次静脉穿刺成功操作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间,在发热门诊采用单手送管法配合关节部位固定对患儿进行四肢静脉穿刺,能够进一步提高一次静脉穿刺成功率及家属满意度,缩短一次静脉穿刺成功操作时间。Objective The application effect of single hand tube feeding combined with joint fixation on extremity venipuncture in children at fever clinic during the period of COVID-19 prevention and control was analyzed.Methods The clinical data of 80 sick children received at fever clinic in Fangcun Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to June 2021 during the period of COVID-19 prevention and control were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received extremity venipuncture by double hand tube feeding method,while the observation group received extremity venipuncture by single hand feeding combined with joint fixation,the success rate of one-time venipuncture,operation time of one-time successful venipuncture and patient family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time venipuncture of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the operation time of one-time successful venipuncture of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of COVID-19 prevention and control,venipuncture in children at fever clinic by one hand tube feeding combined with joint fixation can further improve the success rate of one-time extremity venipuncture and the family satisfaction,and shorten the operation time of one-time successful venipuncture.
