中共在抗日游击战争中的人民群众动员思想探析

摘　　要：1937年全国性抗日战争爆发后,中共前所未有地重视动员人民群众参加抗日游击战争的工作,并形成了完整的理论观点,主要包括:因为人民群众参战能够创造战争胜利的人员条件,降低战争辅助工作的难度,消除他们对中共武装的误解,所以动员工作必须进行;因为日军的残暴会激起人民群众的直接反抗,中共有长期的动员经验,政府会致力改善民生,军民之间能形成良好密切的关系,抗日根据地将坚强存在,抗日部队不断取得胜利,所以这一任务能够完成;动员群众尤其要做好三项工作:进行抗日宣传、建立民众团体组织、发展地方武装力量。中共的人民群众动员思想推动了实际工作的开展,使游击战争获得了最直接的人员补给及其它形式的帮助,有利于游击作战与抗日战争的最终胜利。After the outbreak of the National War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression in 1937,the Communist Party of China deemed it unprecedented important to mobilize the masses to participate in the guerrilla war,and formed complete theoretical points of view.The points of view are as follows:Because mass participation in the war can create personnel conditions for victory,reduce the difficulty of supporting the war,and eliminate their misunderstanding of the Communist Party’s armed forces,the mobilization must be carried out.;Because the brutality of the Japanese army will provoke direct resistance from the people,the Communist Party of China has long experience in mobilization,the government will strive to improve people’s livelihood.The army and the people can form a good and close relationship,the anti-Japanese base areas will be strong,and the anti-Japanese forces will continue to win,so this task can be accomplished;In mobilizing the masses,three tasks should be finished,conducting anti-Japanese propaganda,establishing mass organizations and developing local armed forces.The Communist Party’s thought of mass mobilization of the people promoted the development of practical work,so that the guerrilla war obtained the most direct personnel supply and other forms of help,which was conducive to the guerrilla operation and the final victory of the War of Resistance against Japan.
