摘  要:基于Creo+Windchill的电机产品三维数字化设计是一种可以贯穿电机产品设计的总体规划、概念设计、详细设计、产品审核等全流程的新型设计模式,其结合TOP-DOWN的设计方法及模块化设计技术,使电机产品的设计过程更加标准化、规范化,也使产品的并行设计成为可能。同时,Creo+Windchill的电机产品三维数字化设计数据可以与PDM进行无缝对接,从而指导工艺及排产环节做到对工艺过程卡片、刀具清单、质量文件和数控程序的提前准备。随着大量数据模型的建立,在复产和产品部分革新时,可以极大地缩减研发及生产周期,提升企业的响应速度,实现基于Creo+Windchill的电机产品三维数字化设计与制造协同,推动企业数字化、自动化水平的不断提升。The three-dimensional digital design of motor products based on Creo + Windchill is a new design mode that can run through the whole process of motor product design,such as overall planning,conceptual design,detailed design and product review.It combines the top-down design method and modular design technology,making the design process of motor products more standardized and standardized,and also making the concurrent design of products possible.At the same time,Creo + Windchill’s three-dimensional digital design data of motor products can be seamlessly connected with PDM,so as to guide the process and production scheduling links to prepare the process cards,tool lists,quality documents and NC programs in advance.With the establishment of a large number of data models,the R&D and production cycle can be greatly reduced and the response speed of enterprises can be improved when the production is resumed and some products are reformed.Based on Creo+Windchill,the collaboration of 3D digital design and manufacturing of motor products is realized,which promotes the continuous improvement of enterprise digitalization and automation.
