摘　　要：为实现医疗信息化、提升医疗服务水平,因此,本文设计基于云计算的医疗信息管理系统。通过部署的服务器集群以及存储设备,构建虚拟数据库,存储各类医疗信息;管理层接收服务层发送的业务请求后,调取数据库中信息,并采用等级密钥方法,需经过信息所有方的身份验证和授权、获取私有信息和加密密钥后,在权限范围内完成信息安全共享;并通过交换总线交换信息。测试结果表明:该系统可实现各项功能操作和执行,在两种插入情况下可实现每秒4882个信息插入,理想标准内完成两种条件下的信息查询,高效完成信息管理。To realize medical informatization and improve the level of medical service, Therefore, a medical information management system based on cloud computing technology is designed. The base layer builds a virtual database to store all kinds of medical information through the deployed server cluster and storage devices. After receiving the business request sent by the service layer, the management can retrieve the information from the database of the base layer, and adopt the method based on the hierarchical key.After the authentication and authorization of the information owner, the private information and encryption key are obtained, the information security sharing can be completed within the scope of authority. The information is exchanged through the exchange bus. The test results show that the system can realize the operation and execution of various functions, 4882 information inserts per second in the two insertion cases, complete the information query in the two conditions within the ideal standard, and complete the information management efficiently.
