摘  要:当前提高精细化管理水平、提质增效是项目运营辅助决策管理发展的需要,已有的项目运营管理系统未实现决策智能化,导致运营效率无法进一步提升,为此提出基于速率单调调度(Rate Monotonic Scheduling)的项目运营辅助决策管理体系。通过从项目进度和履约管理、促进协调发展方面确定权重,将加权与速率单调调度思想相结合,确定项目优先级,结合指标权重建立多目标寻优模型,并使用Binary Calculator算法求解该模型,获取最优辅助决策,完成辅助决策自动管理体系设计。实验证明该系统提高了项目运营效率,为辅助决策的管理系统提供了技术支持。At present, improving the level of refined management and improving quality and efficiency are the development needs of the project operation auxiliary decision-making automatic management system design. The existing project operation management system has not realized the intelligent decision-making, resulting in the inability to further improve the operational efficiency. For this reason, the proposal is based on the monotonic rate design of automated management system for scheduling project operation assistance decision-making. By determining the weights from the aspects of project schedule and performance management, and promoting coordinated development, combining weighting with rate monotonic scheduling ideas, determining project priorities,combining index weights to establish a multi-objective optimization model, and using binary calculator algorithm to solve the model, get optimal auxiliary decision-making, complete the design of the auxiliary decision-making automatic management system. Experiments show that the system improves the efficiency of project operations and provides technical support for the decision-making management system.
