摘 要:目的探究CT常规剂量和低剂量扫描对外伤性肋骨骨折影像质量的影响。方法58例外伤性肋骨骨折患者,随机分为常规组与低剂量组,每组29例。常规组患者接受CT常规剂量扫描,低剂量组患者接受CT低剂量扫描。比较两组患者图像质量评分、骨折类型诊断情况。结果低剂量组患者下肺、中肺和上肺、全肺的图像质量评分分别为(3.9±0.8)、(3.9±1.0)、(4.0±0.4)、(3.9±0.8)分,与常规组的(3.8±1.0)、(3.7±0.7)、(3.8±0.6)、(3.7±0.1)分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病理结果显示,两组的完全性骨折均为20例,不完全骨折均为9例。低剂量组患者的完全性骨折和不完全骨折诊断准确率分别为100.0%、88.9%,与常规组的100.0%、100.0%比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CT低剂量与常规剂量扫描所获取的外伤性肋骨骨折影像质量基本相同,同时临床肋骨骨折诊断率均较高,而CT低剂量扫描具有安全性高等优势,能够为临床治疗提供重要的参考依据,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the influence of conventional and low-dose CT scans on image quality of traumatic rib fractures.Methods A total of 58 patients with traumatic rib fractures were randomly divided into conventional group and low-dose group,with 29 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group received conventional CT scans,and patients in the low-dose group received low-dose CT scans.The image quality score and fracture type were compared between the two groups.Results The image quality scores of patients in the low-dose group were(3.9±0.8),(3.9±1.0),(4.0±0.4),and(3.9±0.8)points for the lower,middle,and upper lungs,and the whole lung,and none of the differences were statistically significant when compared with(3.8±1.0),(3.7±0.7),(3.8±0.6),and(3.7±0.1)points in the conventional group(P>0.05).Pathological results showed that there were 20 cases with complete fractures and 9 cases with incomplete fractures in both groups.The diagnostic accuracy rates of complete and incomplete fractures in the low-dose group were 100.0%and 88.9%,and none of the differences were statistically significant when compared with 100.0%and 100.0%in the conventional group(P>0.05).Conclusion The image quality of traumatic rib fractures obtained by CT lowdose and conventional dose scanning is basically the same,and the clinical diagnosis rate of rib fractures is higher,while CT low-dose scanning has the advantages of high safety,which can provide an important reference for subsequent clinical treatment.It is worthy of promotion the application.
