甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的意义以及药理研究

摘　　要：目的分析甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的意义以及药理。方法60例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组给予常规胰岛素降糖治疗,试验组给予甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗。比较两组患者临床效果以及临床血糖指标。结果试验组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者空腹血糖(6.92±0.15)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.65±1.13)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.82±0.15)%均低于对照组的(7.49±0.19)mmol/L、(10.42±1.20)mmol/L、(7.79±0.19)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对2型糖尿病患者进行血糖控制的效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the significance and pharmacology of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional insulin hypoglycemic therapy,and the experimental group received insulin glargine combined with repaglinide for treatment.The clinical effects and clinical blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.33%in the experimental group was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose(6.92±0.15)mmol/L,2-h postprandial blood glucose(8.65±1.13)mmol/L,and glycosylated hemoglobin(6.82±0.15)%in the experimental group were lower than(7.49±0.19)mmol/L,(10.42±1.20)mmol/L,and(7.79±0.19)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide has significant effect on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and is worthy of promotion.
