中药、针灸联合运动功能康复治疗脑血管意外后遗症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析脑血管意外后遗症采取中药、针灸联合运动功能康复治疗的临床疗效。方法112例脑血管意外后遗症患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组患者采取常规西药联合中药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采取针灸联合运动功能康复治疗。比较两组治疗效果与治疗前后神经功能缺损程度量表(NDS)评分、功能综合评定量表(FCA)评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率91.07%高于对照组的76.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NDS评分(15.24±6.61)分低于对照组的(21.45±7.01)分,FCA评分(94.41±10.23)分高于对照组的(84.41±11.51)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取中药、针灸联合运动功能康复治疗可以改善脑血管意外后遗症患者的临床症状,加速患者神经功能恢复,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with motor function rehabilitation in the treatment of sequelae of cerebrovascular accident.Methods A total of 112 patients with sequelae of cerebrovascular accident were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 56 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with motor function rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,neurological deficit scale(NDS)score and functional comprehensive assessment scale(FCA)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 91.07%in the observation group was higher than 76.79%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NDS score(15.24±6.61)points of the observation group was lower than(21.45±7.01)points of the control group,and the FCA score(94.41±10.23)points was higher than(84.41±11.51)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with motor function rehabilitation can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sequelae of cerebrovascular accident and accelerate the recovery of neurological function,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
