摘　　要：研究介绍了一种改性MQ树脂的合成及其在粘接式紧固结构用丙烯酸酯胶粘剂中的应用。将改性树脂应用于粘接式紧固结构用丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的制备,制得的胶粘剂对铝合金、钛合金、高温合金、复合材料、耐蚀钢等材料均有良好的粘接性能。该胶粘剂粘接金属材料的室温剪切强度均大于30MPa,粘接碳纤维增强复合材料的室温剪切强度大于25MPa,粘接PEI的室温剪切强度大于15MPa。The way to synthetize a kind of modified MQ resins and its application in acrylate adhesive for the adhesive fastening structure is introduced.The modified resin is applied to the preparation of acrylate adhesive for adhesive fastening structure,and the prepared adhesive has excellent bonding performance to aluminum alloy,titanium alloy,high temperature alloy,composite material,stainless steel and other materials.The shear strength of the adhesive bonded to metal materials at room temperature is greater than 30MPa;when the adhesive bonds to carbon fiber reinforced composites at room temperature,that is greater than 25MPa;and the shear strength is greater than 15MPa when the adhesive bonds to PEI at room temperature.
