单组分脱醇型透明硅橡胶的制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：优选封端助剂对α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷封端,制备出烷氧基封端107基胶,搭配适量补强填料、交联剂、偶联剂以及催化剂等功能助剂,制得存储性能稳定、粘接效果优异的单组分脱醇型透明硅橡胶产品。试验逐一分析封端剂、偶联剂选型以及催化剂、填料用量对硅橡胶粘接与贮存性能的影响。试验结果发现,选用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为封端剂,适量的白炭黑填料补强,自制复合偶联剂,催化剂5份,以此配方研制的脱醇型硅橡胶具有最优的贮存性能和粘接力学性能,贮存期长达12M以上,拉伸强度达到1.08MPa,断裂伸长率达到410%,具有良好的开发实用价值。Theα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane is end-capped by the end-capping additive,and the alkoxy-terminated 107-base glue is prepared,and combined with an appropriate amount of reinforcing fillers,cross-linking agents,coupling agents and catalysts,a one-component dealcoholized transparent silicone rubber product with a stable storage performance and an excellent bonding effect is prepared.The effects of end-capping agent,coupling agent,dosage of catalyst and filler on the adhesion and storage properties of silicone rubber are analyzed.The test results show that the dealcoholized silicone rubber developed with this formula has the best storage performance and mechanical properties which uses the vinyl trimethoxysilane as the end capping agent,an appropriate amount of fumed silica filler for reinforcement,self-made composite coupling agent,and 5parts of catalyst.The storage period is more than 12 months,the tensile strength reaches 1.08MPa,and the elongation at break reaches 410%,which means the product has a good development and practical value.
