摘  要:油气田中含有多种酸性腐蚀性介质,研究材料在多种腐蚀介质共存工况的腐蚀具有重大的意义。选择地面集输常用不锈钢316L,通过均匀腐蚀和慢速率拉伸试验,并通过SEM表征材料腐蚀状况,研究316L不锈钢在多种酸性介质共存下,在不同温度的腐蚀速率和应力腐蚀敏感性,并分析了腐蚀机理和影响因素。结果表明,高P_(CO_(2))/P_(H_(2)S)(Cl^(-)浓度为7.4万ppm,30℃)下,Cl^(-)浓度由1.8万ppm增大至7.4万ppm,试样表面即出现了点蚀。在同样的Cl^(-)浓度下,温度升高,(Cl^(-)浓度为7.4万ppm,60℃)下,试样表面同样出现点蚀,应力腐蚀敏感性高。There are many kinds of acid corrosive media in oil and gas field.It is of great significance to study the material corrosion under the condition of coexistence of many kinds of corrosive media.The 316L stainless steel in common use for gathering and transporting on the ground is selected,through uniform corrosion and slow-rate tensile test,and through SEM to characterize the corrosion status of the material,the 316L stainless steel is studied under the condition of coexistence of many kinds of acid media,the corrosion rate and stress corrosion sensitivity at different temperatures are investigated,and the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors are analyzed.The results show that under the condition of the high concentration of P_(CO_(2))/P_(H_(2)S)(Cl^(-)concentration is 74000ppm,30℃),when the concentration of Cl^(-)increases from 18,000ppm to 74,000ppm at 30℃,the pitting occurs on the surface of the sample.At the same Cl^(-)concentration(74,000 ppm)and 60℃,the pitting also appears on the sample’s surface,the stress corrosion sensitivity is high.
