摘 要:针对提高碳纤维复合材料钢丝螺套连接强度的方法,分别测量了拉挤和模压的碳纤维复合材料垂直和平行纤维方向与钢丝螺套连接的拉脱力。试验结果表明,碳纤维复合材料板材垂直纤维方向打孔攻丝后的拉脱力高于平行纤维方向打孔攻丝;螺纹孔内涂胶的拉脱力优于非涂胶的;加入稀释的胶粘剂后,拉脱力性能与涂胶的拉脱力性能相当,工艺性更佳。The pull-out force in the vertical and parallel fibers direction between the carbon fiber composites(pultrusion and mould pressing)and the wire thread insert is measured respectively in order to find a method to improve the strength between the wire thread insert and the carbon fiber composite materials.The test results show that the pull-out force in the vertical fibers direction of carbon fiber composite sheet after tapping is higher than that of in the parallel fibers direction.The pull-out force of the one glued in the threaded hole is better than that of the non-glued one;After adding the diluted adhesive,the pull-out force performance is comparable to that of the glued one,and the processability is better.
