摘  要:生物絮凝剂在单独使用时,往往存在絮凝效果不稳定、使用成本高等问题,为了降低化学絮凝剂残留对水体的不良影响,同时节约生物絮凝剂的使用成本,提高絮凝效果,将产胞外多糖微生物所制备的生物絮凝剂CFCC-P,分别与化学絮凝剂PAC、PAFC和PAM复配,应用于某毛纺厂印染废水的絮凝处理。实验发现,复配后的脱色率明显较各絮凝剂单独使用时有所提高,基本可以达到60%~80%。同时,也减少了达到最大脱色率所需要的化学絮凝剂的投药量。When the biological flocculant is used alone,it often has problems of unstable flocculation effect and high cost.In order to reduce the adverse impact of chemical flocculant residue on water body,save the cost of biological flocculant and improve the flocculation effect,the biological flocculant CFCC-P is prepared by extracellular polysaccharide producing microorganisms,then it is compounded with the chemical flocculants PAC,PAFC and PAM respectively to applied to the flocculation treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater in a woolen mill.The experimental results show that the decolorization rate of the compound flocculant is significantly higher than that of the flocculant which is used alone,which can reach 60%~80%.At the same time,it also reduces the dosage of chemical flocculant needed to achieve the maximum decolorization rate.
