摘  要:为了解山西黍稷种质资源的抗旱性,以筛选抗旱性较强的品种,为科学、规范地建立糜子抗旱性鉴定标准和研究体系提供科学依据,将40个山西黍稷的核心资源在室内用PEG6000进行模拟干旱胁迫处理,应用多种分析方法对发芽率、苗长、根长、苗鲜质量、根鲜质量、苗干质量、根干质量、叶绿素含量等各指标进行比较分析,并对品种进行综合评价和分类。结果表明,通过对芽期和苗期抗旱性指标的测定发现,PEG6000胁迫下除根长较对照增大0.071%外,其他7个指标的测量值较对照均有所下降,发芽率下降幅度高达95.262%,且第3天测定时试验组均未发芽,可知干旱胁迫对芽苗期均有抑制作用,发芽率对干旱胁迫最敏感;相关性分析显示,各指标间相关性多数呈显著或极显著,说明PEG胁迫对其作用明显;主成分分析表明,相对苗长、相对苗鲜质量、相对叶绿素含量可作为评价苗期抗旱性的重要指标;采用平均值-标准差逐级分级法和聚类分析法综合鉴定芽、苗期抗旱性,结果筛选出芽期极强抗旱类型和强抗旱类型各1份,苗期抗旱性分析中筛选出8份极强抗旱类型和5份强抗旱类型。综合分析,来自繁峙的紫秆黍(00003289)在芽苗期均为极强抗旱类型,且晋南地区品种抗旱性较强,可以为黍稷育种中亲本的选配提供优异的供体来源。In order to understand the drought resistance of broomcorn millet germplasm resources in Shanxi,and screen out the varieties with stronger drought resistance to provide scientific basis for scientific and normative establishment of the drought resistance identification standard and research system of broomcorn millet.In this study,the core resources of 40 broomcorn millets in Shanxi were treated with PEG6000 to simulate drought stress in laboratory,and various analysis methods were used to compare and analyze the indexes including germination rates,seedling length,root length,seedling fresh weight,root fresh weight,seedling dry weight,root dry weight,chlorophyll content and comprehensively evaluate and classify the varieties.Through the measurement of drought resistance indexes at the budding stage and seedling stage,it was found that except the root length increaesd by 0.071%compared with that in the control under PEG6000 stress,the measured values of the other 7 indexes decreased compared with those in the control,and the experimental group did not germinate on the 3rd day,indicating that drought stress had an inhibitory effect on the budding stage and seedling stage,and the germination rate was the most sensitive to drought stress.Correlation analysis showed that most of the correlations between the indexes were significant or extremely significant,indicating that PEG stress had an obvious effect on them.The principal component analysis showed that the relative seedling length,relative seedling fresh weight,and relative chlorophyll content could be used as the important indexes to evaluate the drought resistance at seedling stage.The mean-standard deviation step-by-step grading method and cluster analysis method were used to comprehensively identify the drought resistance at budding stage and seedling stage,and screened out one extremly strong drought resistance type and one strong drought resistance type at budding stage,eight extremly strong drought resistance type and five strong drought resistance types at
