长期施肥对褐土锰形态时空变化及有效性的影响

摘  要:通过长期施肥对褐土锰形态变化的影响研究,以明确不同施肥措施对土壤锰形态转化及其有效锰的影响,为指导类型区域施肥、充分发挥微量元素在农业生产中的作用具有指导意义。研究选取连续布置27 a的氮磷有机肥配施定位试验9个处理,即不施肥处理(CK)、单施无机肥处理(N_(1)P_(1)、N_(2)P_(2)、N_(3)P_(3)、N_(4)P_(4))、有机无机配施处理(N_(2)P_(1)M_(1)、N_(3)P_(2)M_(3)、N_(4)P_(2)M_(2))、高量施用有机肥处理(M6),进行土壤锰形态分级测定以及植株锰含量测定。结果表明,施用无机肥各处理(N_(1)P_(1)、N_(2)P_(2)、N_(3)P_(3)、N_(4)P_(4))土壤有效锰含量较试验初显著降低,连续施肥27 a后土壤有效锰年降低速率分别为0.39、0.43、0.41、0.43 mg/kg;施用有机肥后可以有效维持土壤有效锰含量,有机无机配施各处理(N_(2)P_(1)M_(1)、N_(3)P_(2)M_(3)、N_(4)P_(2)M_(2))土壤有效锰含量比施无机肥各处理平均提高1.76、5.55、1.85 mg/kg;高量施用有机肥M_(6)处理的土壤有效锰达到18.10 mg/kg,能够维持在试验初水平。通过相关性分析表明,土壤中弱酸溶态锰和可还原态锰与有效锰呈显著正相关,是土壤有效锰的主要来源。M_(6)处理(有机肥投入135 t/hm2)在满足玉米高产对锰素需求的同时,可维持褐土农田锰的供给平衡。因此,合理施用锰肥才是实现褐土类型区域锰素的可持续高效利用的有效途径。In this study,effects of different fertilization measures on the transformation of soil manganese speciation and available manganese were determined through the study on effects of long-term fertilization on manganese speciation in cinnamon soil,which is of guiding significance for the application of fertilizers in different types of regions and the full play of the role of trace elements in agricultural production.Nine treatments after 27 years of continuous fertilization were selected for the combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus organic fertilizer,they were no fertilizer(CK),inorganic fertilizer alone(N1P1,N2P2,N3P3,N4P4),organic and inorganic fertilizer combined application(N2P1M1,N3P2M3,N4P2M2),and high amount of organic fertilizer application(M6).Determination of soil manganese speciation classification and plant manganese content were carried out.The results showed that the soil available manganese content in the treatments applying inorganic fertilizer(N1P1,N2P2,N3P3,N4P4)decreased significantly compared with the initial data,and the reduction rates of soil available manganese were 0.39,0.43,0.41,and 0.43 mg/kg·yr after 27 years of continuous fertilization,respectively.Application of organic fertilizer could effectively maintain the soil available manganese content,and the soil available manganese content of organic and inorganic combined application treatments(N2P1M1,N3P2M3,N4P2M2)increased by 1.76,5.55,and 1.85 mg/kg on average compared with application of inorganic fertilizer.The available manganese in soil in the high amount of organic fertilizer treatment(M6)reached 18.10 mg/kg,which could be maintained at the initial level.The correlation analysis showed that the weakly acid soluble manganese and the reducible manganese in the soil had a significant positive correlation with the available manganese,which was the main source of the available manganese in the soil.Input of organic fertilizer of M6(organic fertilizer was 135000 kg/ha),which could not only meet the demand for manganese for hi
