摘　　要：目的:分析我院法莫替丁临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:以法莫替丁说明书、相关指南或专家共识为依据,制定法莫替丁药物利用评价标准。采用属性层次模型(AHM)对2021年1月–6月我院275例应用法莫替丁的患者病历进行药物利用分析。结果:法莫替丁主要不合理用药问题表现为未进行用药监护(35.12%)、用法用量不适宜(18.14%)、溶媒量不适宜(17.62%)。32例(11.64%)患者病历评分(MRS)≥90分,77例(28.00%)MRS 80~89分,125例(45.45%)MRS 60~79分,41例(14.91%)MRS<60分。结论:我院法莫替丁临床应用不合理现象较多,医院多部门需联合进行干预。基于AHM的药物利用评价操作简单,使评价结果更具有直观性,在临床用药评价中可以发挥一定的作用。Objective:To analyze the clinical application of famotidine in our hospital in order to provide references for the rational drug use in clinic.Methods:The evaluation criterion of the application of famotidine was formulated according to the instruction of famotidine,relevant guidelines or expert consensus.And 275 cases using famotidine from January 2021 to June 2021 in our hospital were analyzed and evaluated by the attribute hierarchical model(AHM).Results:The mainly irrational problems were lack of medication monitoring(35.12%),unsuitable usage and dosage(18.14%)and inappropriate amount of solvent(17.62%).32 cases(11.64%)had a medical record score(MRS)of 90 or over.77 cases(28.00%)had a MRS of 80–89.125 cases(45.45%)had a MRS of 60–79.41 cases(14.91%)had a MRS lower than 60.Conclusion:There were many unreasonable applications of famotidine in our hospital,which should be intervened by multiple departments.The evaluation based on AHM was simple,which made the evaluation results more intuitive and could play a certain role in clinical drug evaluation.
