水泥窑协同处置危废破碎过程中氮气保护的重要性

摘　　要：随着工业的发展,工业生产过程产生的危险废物逐渐增多,因危险废物具有腐蚀性、毒性、易燃性、反应性或者感染性,而且可能对环境或者人体健康造成有害影响。危险废物无害化处置的问题就日益突出,利用水泥窑协同处置固(危)废综合利用技术,燃烧温度高,废物处理彻底,无灰渣排放,没有异味扩散,对重金属固化效果好,真正实现了处理的“吃干榨尽、变废为宝”,无疑是目前最经济、最彻底、最环保的处理方式。因危险废物形态各异,固态危废需进行破碎后方能入窑处置,破碎机在破碎固态危废时,转子之间和危废之间会摩擦生热,达到危废闪点后极有可能发生爆炸,对处置过程造成重大安全隐患,文章具体研究破碎过程中,在破碎机内预先冲入氮气置换,降低氧气含量,将燃烧三要素之一的助燃物进行控制,已达到安全处置的目的。With the development of industry,more and more hazardous wastes are produced in industrial production,because hazardous wastes are corrosive,toxic,inflammable,reactive or infectious,and may have harmful effects on the environment or human health.The problem of harmless disposal of hazardous waste is becoming more and more prominent.The technology of comprehensive utilization of solid(hazardous)waste disposal in a cement kiln has the advantages of high combustion temperature,thorough waste treatment,no ash residue discharge,no peculiar smell diffusion,and good solidification effect on heavy metals,the real realization of the treatment of“Eat dry squeeze,waste into treasure”,is undoubtedly the most economical,most thorough,most environmentally friendly treatment.Due to the different forms of hazardous waste,the solid hazardous waste must be broken before it can be disposed in the kiln.When the crusher breaks the solid hazardous waste,the friction between the rotor and the hazardous waste will generate heat,and there is a high possibility of explosion after reaching the flash point of hazardous waste,during the crushing process,nitrogen is flushed into the crusher in advance to reduce the oxygen content and control the combustion of one of the three factors,which has reached the goal of safe disposal.
