摘　　要：文章介绍的油气管道作业区智能管理平台构建技术,从安全管理本质需求出发,适应“区域化管理”新模式,按照“运检维一体化、集中调控、集中监视、集中巡检”的总体思路,以作业区基础工作为核心,搭建一套集数据采集、大数据分析、预测预警和智能决策于一体的统一平台,融合已建/在建系统数据、流程和功能,打破系统间壁垒,实现系统间数据互通互联,通过对应用大数据、物联网、云计算、移动互联网等技术开展作业区智能化建设,实现作业区业务管理全面信息化、生产运行控制高度自动化,决策分析运营智能化。The construction technology of the intelligent management platform of the oil and gas pipeline operation area introduced in this paper, starting from the essential needs of safety management, adapting to the new model of “regional management”, in accordance with the general idea of “integration of operation and inspection and maintenance, centralized regulation, centralized monitoring, and centralized inspection”, with the basic work of the operation area as the core, builds a unified platform integrating data collection, big data analysis, prediction and early warning and intelligent decision-making, integrates the data, processes and functions of the built/under construction system, breaks the barriers between systems, and realizes the interconnection of data between systems. Through the application of big data, internet of things, cloud computing, mobile internet and other technologies to carry out intelligent construction of the operation area, the operation area business management is fully informatized, the production operation control is highly automated, and the decision-making analysis and operation are intelligent.
