消除黄磷生产系统开停车置换死角的探讨

摘  要:黄磷在生产过程中产生的副产物一氧化碳,随产品充斥了整个黄磷生产工艺路线,这些工艺路线上的管道和设备在系统恢复生产前和停运清理检修时,都需要使用惰性气体进行置换。由于生产系统未能完全实现设计意图,在系统局部停运清理检修过程中出现了置换死角,给作业带来了巨大的安全隐患。文章针对静电除尘器停运清理检修时进行置换过程中出现的一些问题进行探讨。The by-product carbon monoxide produced in the production process of yellow phosphorus fills the whole yellow phosphorus production process route with the products. The pipelines and equipment on these process routes need to be replaced with inert gas before the system resumes production and during shutdown, cleaning and maintenance. Due to the failure of the production system to fully realize the design intention, there was a replacement dead angle in the process of local shutdown,cleaning and maintenance of the system, which brought huge potential safety hazards to the operation. This paper discusses some problems in the replacement process of electrostatic precipitator during shutdown, cleaning and maintenance.
