摘  要:脱硫单元富溶剂经贫富溶剂换热器升温后进入再生塔,富溶剂进入再生塔温度决定了溶剂再生效果及再生塔重沸器低压蒸汽用量。通过标定脱硫单元运行能耗,并与设计能耗对比分析得到结果:贫富溶剂换热器换热效果差导致再生塔低重沸器压蒸汽用量高于设计值,是脱硫单元运行能耗高于设计能耗的主要原因。并通过净化装置检修期间优化改造贫富溶剂换热器,有效降低了再生塔重沸器低压蒸汽用量,实现净化装置节能降耗。The rich solvent in desulfurization unit enters the regeneration tower after being heated by heat exchanger, and the temperature of the rich solvent entering the regeneration tower determines solvent regeneration effect and low-pressure steam consumption of the reboiler. By calibrating the operation energy consumption of desulfurization unit and comparing it with design energy consumption, the results show that the poor heat exchange effect of heat exchanger leads to the using of low-pressure steam is more than the design value, which is the main reason why the operation energy consumption is higher than the design energy consumption. By optimizing and reforming the heat exchanger during the maintenance of the purification unit, the consumption of low-pressure steam is effectively reduced, and energy saving is realized.
