摘 要:在部分钒生产的工艺中,需要对料浆进行快速精滤。传统细小物料过滤方法都是选用低透气量滤布,料浆直接泵入压滤机进行过滤,效率低,因此需要一种提高过滤速度的方法。文章对比了恒压过滤和高压布料低压过滤两种过滤方式,考察了滤布透气量对过滤时间和滤液澄清度的影响,过滤时间和过滤方式对钒损失的影响。实验结果表明,在保证滤液澄清的前提下,高压布料低压过滤方式更优,选用的滤布透气量17.83 L/(m^(2)·s),过滤时间为35 min,可有效降低钒析出损失,尾渣含钒平均值为0.62%。In some vanadium production processes, rapid fine filtration of slurry is required. The traditional filtration method of fine materials is to select the filter cloth with low air permeability, and the slurry is directly pumped into the filter press for filtration, which has low efficiency. Therefore, a method to improve the filtration speed is needed. This paper compares the two filtration methods of constant pressure filtration and high-pressure distribution materials low-pressure filtration, and investigates the influence of the air permeability of the filter cloth on the filtration time and the clarity of the filtrate, and the influence of the filtration time and the filtration method on the vanadium loss. The experimental results show that on the premise of ensuring the clarification of filtrate, the high-pressure distribution materials low-pressure filtration method is better. The air permeability of the selected filter cloth is 17.83 L/(m^(2)·s) and the filtration time is 35 min, which can effectively reduce the vanadium precipitation loss, the average vanadium content of tailings is 0.62%.
