摘  要:为提高输电铁塔主角钢的强度承载力,本文提出一种使用螺栓连接,在角钢外侧并联不等边角钢的加固方案。利用数值模拟建立角钢加固前、双侧并联不等边角钢加固、单侧并联不等边角钢加固三个有限元模型,考虑荷载施加的不同位置,分析不同加固方案的效果。模拟结果表明:双侧并联不等边角钢加固相对加固前强度承载力提高了43.2%,单侧并联不等边角钢相对加固前强度承载力仅提高3.57%;工程应用时必须将加固部位向上延伸一个塔身段,或者加固到主角钢开断处来保证加固构件的协同受力性能。同时采用现行规范对上述模型进行理论计算,模拟结果与理论计算对比表明:本文数值模拟选取的有限元参数合理计算结果可靠;可以使用现行规范对本文提出的单侧并联构件加固方法进行工程计算,计算双侧并联加固时建议提高15%的设计承载力。In order to improve the strength bearing capacity of the main steel of transmission tower,a reinforcement scheme using bolt connection and parallel unequal angle steel outside the angle steel is proposed.Using numerical simulation,three finite element models are established:before angle steel reinforcement,bilateral parallel unequal angle steel reinforcement and unilateral parallel unequal angle steel reinforcement.Considering the different positions of load,the effects of different reinforcement schemes are analyzed.The simulation results show that the strength bearing capacity of bilateral parallel unequal angle steel is increased by 43.2%,and that of unilateral parallel unequal angle steel is only increased by 3.57%.In engineering application,the reinforced part must be extended to the upper tower section,or reinforced to the main steel break to ensure the cooperative mechanical performance of the reinforced components.At the same time,the theoretical calculation of the above model is carried out by using the current specification.The comparison between the simulation results and the theoretical calculation shows that the finite element parameters selected in the numerical simulation in this paper are reasonable and the calculation results are reliable.The current specification can be used to calculate the reinforcement method proposed in this paper.
