摘　　要：目的探讨老年患者直肠癌永久性结肠造口术后自我感受负担评分(SPBS)的影响因素。方法以漯河市郾城区人民医院2020年3月至2021年11月收治的128例直肠癌永久性结肠造口术后老年患者为研究对象,分析影响患者SPBS评分的相关因素。结果老年直肠癌永久性结肠造口术后SPBS评分为(35.56±4.72)分,处于中度负担状态;不同受教育程度、付费方式、是否接受过健康教育、造口生活质量量表评分、社会支持水平患者的SPBS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);受教育程度、付费方式、是否接受过健康教育、造口生活质量量表评分、社会支持水平为SPBS评分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论受教育程度、付费方式、是否接受过健康教育、造口生活质量量表评分、社会支持水平是老年直肠癌永久性结肠造口术后SPBS评分的影响因素,医护人员应给予足够重视,并制定针对性护理措施,以改善预后。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of self-perceived burden score(SPBS)after permanent colostomy in elderly patients with rectal cancer.Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with rectal cancer after permanent colostomy who were admitted to People’s Hospital of Yancheng District of Luohe City from March 2020 to November 2021 were selected,and the influencing factors of SPBS scores were analyzed.Results The SPBS score after permanent colostomy in elderly patients with rectal cancer was(35.56±4.72)points,and they were in a state of moderate burden.The SPBS scores of patients with different education levels,payment methods,whether they have received health education,stoma quality of life scores and social support levels were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Education level,payment method,whether they have received health education,stoma quality of life score and social support level were the influencing factors of PSSS score(P<0.05).Conclusion Education level,payment method,received health education,stoma quality of life score and social support level are the influencing factors of SPBS score after permanent colostomy in elderly patients with rectal cancer.Medical staff should pay enough attention to it and formulate targeted nursing measures to improve the prognosis.
